    Every month

    Each department submits its figures and source documents to the Tuu Performance Hub. The AI Virtual Sustainability Manager reads each bill, invoice and log and fills in the entry for a person to approve, so every number stays tied to the document it came from. Your Monthly Annualised Rating updates against comparable hotels, Tuu View refreshes, and the insights panel tells you what moved and why.

    At each review

    The cycle locks and HLB independently reviews the figures against the source documents. With Certification, that happens once a year, and Tuu issues your certificate and Smart Trust Mark, recorded on the BlockMark Registry for the certified year, with a Certification Evidence Pack. With Quarterly, it happens every quarter, and each review also brings an Evidence Pack and a refreshed Evidence Use Toolkit.

    Any time

    Export your data to CSV, ask for read-only API access, and — for groups — see every property side by side in Portfolio View, measured on one set of definitions.

Tuu Verified Certification is US$3,000 per property per year, with an independent HLB review once a year. Quarterly review with four Evidence Packs is US$6,500. See pricing →

Every certified property receives an Evidence Pack, once a year as a Certification Evidence Pack or every quarter with Tuu Verified Quarterly, independently reviewed by HLB, benchmarked against comparable hotels and tied to a Record ID on the BlockMark Registry.
