    Every month

    Each department submits its figures and source documents to the Tuu Performance Hub. The AI Virtual Sustainability Manager reads each bill, invoice and log and fills in the entry for a person to approve, so every number stays tied to the document it came from. Your Monthly Annualised Rating updates against comparable hotels, Tuu View refreshes, and the insights panel tells you what moved and why.

    Every quarter

    The cycle locks. HLB independently reviews the figures and the supporting documents. Tuu issues your Evidence Pack, Smart Trust Mark and BlockMark Record ID, and refreshes the Evidence Use Toolkit so the record is ready to use in owner, partner and platform conversations.

    Export your data to CSV, ask for read-only API access, and — for groups — see every property side by side in Portfolio View, measured on one set of definitions.
